Return or Warranty Claim

Before you submit: Please prepare clear photos of your paddle (front, back, and edge guard) and a short video demonstrating the issue. Once we receive your form submission we'll follow up via email - you can reply with your images and video attached at that point.

Warranty and return enquiries for products purchased through an authorised retailer need to be handled by the retailer directly.

Shoe Size Exchange

Bought the wrong size? Fill in the details below and we will arrange your free size exchange. Please submit within 7 days of purchase.

Before you submit: Make sure your shoes are unused and in original packaging with all tags included. Exchanges are for sizing only and are subject to size availability. A free return shipping label will be provided once your exchange is confirmed.
