Returns and Exchanges

All returns, exchanges, or refund requests must first be authorised by contacting JOOLA Australia.

  • To be eligible, your item must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.
  • Paddles must still have the seal over the grip handle.
  • Apparel must still have original tags attached and must not have been worn or washed.
  • You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date of purchase for items purchased directly from JOOLA Australia.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be presented to make a return or exchange.
  • Table Tennis Rubbers, nets, and balls cannot be returned if opened, unless the item is defective.

If you purchased through an authorised JOOLA retailer, please reach out to your original point of purchase within 30 days of purchase to fulfil a return or exchange before contacting JOOLA Australia.

Your retailer is your first point of contact for all returns, exchanges, and warranty matters.

Every eligible R4LLY shoe purchase made directly through joola.com.au includes one free size exchange. If the fit is not right, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will send a free return shipping label and arrange your replacement size.

  • One free size exchange per order, subject to size availability.
  • Request must be made within 7 days of purchase. If your delivery is delayed, contact us and we will do our best to help.
  • Shoes must be unused and tried on indoors only on a clean surface.
  • Shoes must be returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • This applies to sizing only — it does not cover change-of-mind returns.
  • Does not apply to purchases made through authorised retailers.

Final Sale and Clearance Items

No returns or exchanges: Items designated as Clearance or Sale are final sale and ineligible for refund or exchange.

No price adjustments: Clearance and Sale items are not eligible for price adjustments or price matches under any circumstances. The pricing of final sale items is fixed and will not be modified after purchase.

Exceptions to this policy will be granted solely for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. If this applies to your purchase, please contact us.

Shipping and Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returns or exchanges.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a product defect.
  • Items deemed unacceptable for resale due to damage in transit cannot be refunded. Please ensure items are properly packed to protect against damage during delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective or the result of our error:

  • Assembled rackets
  • Tables
  • Covers
  • Cases
  • Glues
  • Cleaners
  • Edge tapes
  • Rubbers, nets, and balls (if opened)

Important Note on Shipped Tables

  • When your table arrives, inspect all packaging and merchandise carefully before signing for delivery.
  • If the item or packaging appears to be damaged, refuse delivery.
  • Contact JOOLA Australia immediately to have a replacement item arranged.
  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges may not be possible once the item has been signed for and delivery accepted.

If you believe your table has a manufacturing defect after delivery, please contact us — your consumer guarantee rights may still apply.

Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, you will be notified regarding your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made via electronic funds transfer — you will be asked to provide your account details at that time.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a defect or our error.
