All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Choose Standard or Express shipping at checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order.
- Standard shipping — from $10.00 AUD
- Express shipping — from $20.00 AUD
- Free standard shipping — on all orders over $150 AUD (Australia only, excludes Nets and Tables)
Larger or heavier items such as table tennis tables and nets may incur additional shipping costs due to size and handling requirements. These will be calculated at checkout or quoted separately.
Free standard shipping applies automatically to all Australian orders over $150 AUD. No code required — it will be applied at checkout.
Please note free shipping excludes:
- Nets (e.g. Symmetry, Pro Net and similar)
- Table Tennis Tables
- Orders shipping to New Zealand or the Pacific Islands
Order Processing and Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment being received.
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are generally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
During peak periods (sales events, holidays, new product launches) dispatch may take a little longer. We'll always keep you updated.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from Australia Post with your tracking number. You can track your order directly at auspost.com.au.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we'll look into it.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by Australia Post and vary based on your location. As a general guide:
- Standard shipping — 2–8 business days depending on your location
- Express shipping — 1–3 business days depending on your location
Remote and regional areas may take longer. Please note that once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery timeframes are outside our control. For the most accurate estimate, use the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.

Yes — we can ship to PO Boxes via Australia Post for standard parcel-sized items. Please note that large items such as table tennis tables cannot be delivered to a PO Box and will require a physical street address.
New Zealand and Pacific Islands
Yes — we ship to New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. International orders are currently processed directly through our team. Please contact us to place an international order and we'll provide a shipping quote and arrange fulfilment for you.

- Shipping costs will be quoted based on the size and weight of your order
- Delivery timeframes vary by destination
- The customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country
Tables, Nets, and Large Items
Table tennis tables and large nets require specialised delivery due to their size and weight. Shipping costs for these items include palletisation and freight handling and will be calculated at checkout or quoted separately — they are excluded from standard and free shipping rates.
Due to the size of these deliveries, a large vehicle is required for transport. We recommend ensuring suitable access is available at your delivery address. Specific delivery requirements will be confirmed with you at the time of order.
If you have questions about delivery for a large item before purchasing, please contact us and we'll help you plan it.
Professional nets such as the Symmetry Pro Net are large items that require quoted shipping due to their size. Shipping costs for nets are excluded from the free shipping threshold and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
If you'd like a shipping estimate before ordering, contact us with your postcode and we'll provide a quote.
Delays and Issues
Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery is managed by Australia Post. Delays can occasionally occur due to high parcel volumes, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend:
- Checking your tracking link for the latest update
- Checking if a card was left for a missed delivery
- Contacting Australia Post directly with your tracking number
If you're still having trouble, contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We'll assess the situation and arrange a resolution as quickly as possible. For table tennis tables, please inspect all packaging carefully before signing for delivery — if the packaging appears damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
