The paddle is 5 star for me, power and control is there. I gave it a 3 because of the customer service. I have tried to register my paddle for extended warranty but since NFC doesn’t work, I had to do it manually. When I put the code it says the paddle is already registered and I was told by the customer support it is what it is, didn’t really helped much so yeah it sucks.
