I received my shoes however they were too small despite going up 1/2 size as suggested. I have attempted to contact Joola via the product exchange form, via email & via direct message with no response.
I am very disappointed with the lack of response.

Building on the original JOOLA 3S paddle design, the Perseus Pro 3S Dual 14mm meets both UPA-A and USAP PBCoR.43 standards. That means you can use the new 3S Dual anytime, anywhere.
Known for its clean, crisp contact and reliable feedback, the Perseus is ideal for players who like to drive the ball with precision while still having the touch needed for drops and resets. It handles pace well, offers stability in the hand, and delivers a predictable response in high-pressure moments.
Propulsion Core
The patent-pending propulsion core allows for explosive power on drives, counters, and speed ups, but with refined feel and control on resets, drops and dinks.
NFC Chip Accessible
Unlock the JOOLA experience with NFC chip-enabled pickleball paddles. Tap your phone to the handle to authenticate your paddle and unlock an exclusive product experience through JOOLA Connect.
Charged Carbon Surface
An additive bonding process that strengthens the surface of the racket and provides a crisper feel with greater energy yield. The result is impressive feedback with a livelier response.
Elongated Shape
A longer hitting surface combined with a shorter handle for added power and reach.
All-Around Performance
Well-balanced combination of control, power, and spin for the player looking to improve their game. USAPA-approved for competition.
