All products are delivered via Australia Post. You may choose Standard or Express shipping at checkout. We are committed to shipping out orders within 1-2 business day.

Please be mindful for possible delays due to Australia Post unrelated to JOOLA Australia. Once the item leaves our warehouse, all shipping questions should be handled through Australia Post, but we are happy to assist if needed.
