I received my shoes however they were too small despite going up 1/2 size as suggested. I have attempted to contact Joola via the product exchange form, via email & via direct message with no response.
I am very disappointed with the lack of response.

LIMBA OUTER VENEERS
Recognized by its pale color and darker grain, LIMBA is a soft and durable wood. The LIMBA outer veneers provide excellent feeling and a higher trajectory on your shots. The increased feedback and control is perfect for modern topspin play. An added bonus of LIMBA is its great acoustic properties. It creates an extremely satisfying sound that’ll remind you of your love for the game.
3K-sc
A softer variant of the JOOLA 3K-c Carbon fiber, the 3K-sc offers more vibration feel in shot feedback and a higher level of blade flex. This helps create a greater spring effect in blades whilst maintaining a softer Carbon feeling.
