I received my shoes however they were too small despite going up 1/2 size as suggested. I have attempted to contact Joola via the product exchange form, via email & via direct message with no response.
I am very disappointed with the lack of response.

The JOOLA Tango Ultra Table Tennis Rubber was developed with the short-pip blocker in mind. This rubber features a soft Balance sponge that uses JOOLA’s Tensor technology to create more speed and feeling. The Tensor technology absorbs the ball’s momentum during passive blocking, but provides explosive energy for active blocking and attacks. Keep your opponents on their toes with the JOOLA Tango Ultra Table Tennis Rubber!
JOOLA Precision Line rubbers feature specialized, pips-out rubbers to meet the playing needs of the modern defensive player.
Balance Sponge
JOOLA Balance is a fine-pored sponge that offers great control value and produces shots with a flatter arch.
