I received my shoes however they were too small despite going up 1/2 size as suggested. I have attempted to contact Joola via the product exchange form, via email & via direct message with no response.
I am very disappointed with the lack of response.

Powerful ARY-c synthetic veneers under a crisp Koto outer veneer provide an outstanding directness and penetrating power. The “cold-cured” ARY-c technology manages to combine this explosiveness with control. Extended ball contact time and an impressive sound give you a nice touch and round out this well balanced offensive blade. Be ice cold in your game with the JOOLA VYZARYZ FREEZE HRD!
JOOLA Premium Line blades uses the highest quality materials with an attention to craftsmanship. With composite materials made in Japan, handles sourced in Italy, and assembly completed in South Korea, what you get when you use one of our JOOLA Premium Line blades will thoroughly impress you!
Name Change: While the composite technology used has not changed, JOOLA has renamed it ARY-c. This is a running change and you may receive a blade with the previous tech name. The change is in name only.
Cold-Cured ARY-c
ARY-c is a multi-dimensional weave of stiff and elastic composite materials. The resulting fiber produces a large sweet spot, enabling the player to execute exceptionally fast shots with great precision. After going through JOOLA’s innovative cold-curing process, in which the blade is pressed for long periods of time at low temperatures just after gluing, the ARY-c provides a higher trajectory and a softer touch.
