I received my shoes however they were too small despite going up 1/2 size as suggested. I have attempted to contact Joola via the product exchange form, via email & via direct message with no response.
I am very disappointed with the lack of response.

Keep your paddle’s edge guard free from scuffs and scratches with JOOLA Clear Edge Guard Tape. This clear colored adhesive tape won’t cover up the dynamic look of the edge guard and is easy to apply for all paddle shapes.
Pro Tip: Pull tape tightly when applying to edge guard to reduce air bubbles and wrinkles.
