I received my shoes however they were too small despite going up 1/2 size as suggested. I have attempted to contact Joola via the product exchange form, via email & via direct message with no response.
I am very disappointed with the lack of response.

The JOOLA Everyday Backpack can hold two paddles, two water bottles, and organize work gear in a padded laptop sleeve. Use the hideaway carabiner to hang it up court side or the trolley strap to fit over your luggage handles. This backpack ticks all the boxes.
