I received my shoes however they were too small despite going up 1/2 size as suggested. I have attempted to contact Joola via the product exchange form, via email & via direct message with no response.
I am very disappointed with the lack of response.
The JOOLA Seneca FDS 14 Pickleball Paddle is the paddle you need to level up to more powerful and more accurate shots. You’ll see an immediate difference between the pop of the Seneca’s 14mm Response Polymer Honeycomb Core and that of entry level pickleball paddles. The fiberglass paddle face adds an additional level of control, which allows players to add spin and precision. The standard-sized handle with black Feel-Tec Pure grip allows for a more comfortable hold that results in less fatigue and longer play.

Response Honeycomb Polymer Core
Provides reduced vibration and a generous sweet spot with amazing feedback, feel, and control necessary for dinks, blocks, and drives.
Feel-Tec Pure Grip
Provides a sticky feel for improved grip, but also offers optimal comfort and increased shock absorption.
Larger Hitting Area
The larger hitting area improves control, making it easier to keep the ball in play longer and creating a more beginner-friendly playing experience.
