I received my shoes however they were too small despite going up 1/2 size as suggested. I have attempted to contact Joola via the product exchange form, via email & via direct message with no response.
I am very disappointed with the lack of response.

The JOOLA POWER FX is built for every player looking to add more to their game: more spin, more confidence, more effortless power on every shot.
JOOLA's patented propulsion core, extended and paired with EPP foam and an optimized surface layup, are the key features of JOOLA's first full-foam pickleball paddle. A longer diving board bends further and launches higher. It loads on contact and springs forward, so players get more power with less effort and more dwell for control, across a far larger sweet spot.
Featuring a higher grit surface that's durable and dependable, the POWER FX provides enhanced spin without sacrificing the pop players expect from a full-foam pickleball paddle. Built on the popular 16mm Perseus shape, this paddle features an elongated profile designed to maximize reach on every shot.
