I received my shoes however they were too small despite going up 1/2 size as suggested. I have attempted to contact Joola via the product exchange form, via email & via direct message with no response.
I am very disappointed with the lack of response.

Experience the performance of the new JOOLA Scorpeus Double Vision 16mm. With a new aramid surface material, the Scorpeus Double Vision enhances durability and impact resistance while providing a softer feel for improved touch and control. Inside, JOOLA integrates SK Film, a layer of foam placed between the paddle’s surface and core, to dampen vibrations. A thermoforming process from the paddle's handle through the neck enhances stability and flexibility, generating more power with every shot. The Scorpeus Double Vision is USAP PBCoR.43 Certified.
