I received my shoes however they were too small despite going up 1/2 size as suggested. I have attempted to contact Joola via the product exchange form, via email & via direct message with no response.
I am very disappointed with the lack of response.

The Perseus Double Vision 16mm builds on the powerful Perseus shape by maximizing consistency, control, and feel. Its newly engineered aramid surface delivers outstanding durability with a softer, more responsive touch, perfect for players who demand pinpoint control without sacrificing toughness. Between the core and surface, JOOLA’s SK Film helps dampen vibrations for long-lasting comfort and reduced fatigue. Thermoforming that runs through the handle to the paddle’s neck adds structural stability and flexibility, translating into effortless power when it matters most. USAP PBCoR.43 Certified, the Perseus Double Vision 16mm is built to elevate performance for every player, from weekend warriors to rising competitors.
