I received my shoes however they were too small despite going up 1/2 size as suggested. I have attempted to contact Joola via the product exchange form, via email & via direct message with no response.
I am very disappointed with the lack of response.

The aerodynamic shape of the Hyperion Pro IV pickleball paddle cuts through the air faster for less drag time and increased swing speed. Now with JOOLA’s patent-pending Tech Flex Power (TFP) technology, the weight has been optimized throughout the paddle, reducing fatigue, and offering the confidence you need to understand your unique play style. By combining TFP with the innovative Propulsion Core, Pro IV gives you power with unparalleled forgiveness to help you put every shot in play. The paddle that started it all features the longest handle in our lineup, providing players with enhanced leverage to achieve the perfect balance of spin and control.
The JOOLA Ben Johns Hyperion Pro IV 16mm pickleball paddle is UPA-A pro certified and USAP PBCoR 43 certified.
NFC Chip Accessible
Unlock the JOOLA experience with NFC chip-enabled pickleball paddles. Tap your phone to the handle to authenticate your paddle and unlock an exclusive product experience through JOOLA Connect.
Propulsion Core
The patent-pending propulsion core allows for explosive power on drives, counters, and speed ups, but with refined feel and control on resets, drops and dinks.
Hyperfoam Edge Wall
Special foam is injected into the edge of the racket, adding weight and stability and enlarging the sweet spot for consistent performance from edge to edge.
Feel-Tec Pure Grip
Provides a sticky feel for improved grip, but also offers optimal comfort and increased shock absorption.
