To help ensure your JOOLA gear arrives before Christmas, please note our final order and dispatch deadlines. Due to exceptionally high volumes with Australia Post this season, we strongly recommend placing your order early to avoid disappointment.

Final Order Date for All Deliveries

  • Thursday, 18 December 2025 This is the last day orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse before our holiday closure. Orders placed after this date will not ship until we reopen in the new year.

Even Express Shipping orders placed after 18 December will not be dispatched until January 5, 2026.

To give your parcel the best chance of arriving in time, please keep the following Australia Post cut-off dates in mind when ordering from JOOLA Australia:

Standard Parcel Post, Suggested order by:

  • Thursday, 18 December (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA metro deliveries)
  • Wednesday, 17 December (WA, TAS, NT or rural locations)
  • Earlier if you live regionally or outside a metro area

Delivery Advisory

Australia Post has advised delays are expected due to peak season volumes. While we will do our best to dispatch orders promptly before our closure, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas once items are in transit. Please monitor your tracking and reach out to Australia Post directly for delivery updates.
