JOOLA Australia's Pickleball Paddle Warranty Explained

Buying a new paddle is exciting and with JOOLA on your team, you can expect top-tier quality and performance. But like all sports equipment, paddles go through wear and tear. That’s where a Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty comes in.

If you're here wondering whether your paddle qualifies for a warranty claim, this guide is for you.

What Is a Paddle Warranty?

A Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty is a promise from JOOLA that your paddle is free from major manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong due to the way the paddle was made not from how it was used - we’ll help, make it right.

This warranty:

  • Applies to original purchasers in Australia and New Zealand only
  • Covers your paddle for 6 months, or 1 year if registered using the NFC chip (Requires registration within 14 days of purchase.

What the JOOLA Paddle Warranty Covers

We’ve got your back if your paddle shows:

  • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship
  • Issues with the build that affect playability
  • Missing or faulty parts

Examples of valid claims:

  • A crack in the paddle face that appeared under normal use
  • Delamination or structural defects not caused by impact
  • Manufacturing fault in the grip or edge guard (not from wear)

What the JOOLA Paddle Warranty Does Not Cover

We know life happens, but not all damage is covered by warranty.

  • Edge damage from dropping or scraping
  • Signs of glue, modification, or third-party repairs
  • Faded graphics or cosmetic wear
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Paddles purchased second-hand or from unauthorised sellers

Examples of invalid claims:

  • Edge cracked after the paddle was dropped
  • Surface worn down after extended use
  • Paddle altered with new grip adhesive or aftermarket parts
