REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We make every effort all products to be delivered in the best condition. That is why we check them one by one before we send them to you. In case you are not happy with your product you have a 30- day satisfaction guarantee.  Please email us at info@joola.com.au to let us know if something went wrong. We can arrange a refund or a credit for your next order under the condition that the products will be returned to us unused. Under this policy products that are preassembled by us, are excluded (e.g. assembled blades). You will be responsible to return the product at your own cost at the address PO Box 96, Belgian Gardens, QLD 4810. Any product must be returned at its original packing.
